December 2024 Yard of the Month
December Yard of the Month for holiday lighting was awarded to Glen Baumgart for his “peppermint house” at 6401 Sanderson Ave. Glenn did the decorating while his daughters, Josie and Clara cheered him on. (They helped decorate inside the house.) The Baumgart’s have lived in Westcreek for 19 years bringing Clara to their new home as an infant.
During the snowmageddon of January 2021, Josie and Clara pulled a wagon loaded with buckets of water from their swimming pool to share with neighbors for toilet flushing as the entire neighborhood was without water for most of the week. It was a thoughtful, neighborly act of kindness!
Glen received gift cards for Leaf Nursey for $50, Klingemann Care Care for $49.95, and Cypress Grill for $45.
