This is the update on the 5725 West 290 Highway Eastbound (former Bank of America). The commission may not take action on this application until a public hearing is held. We will let you know when the Virtual Community Meeting is scheduled and we will need your attendance at the meeting. Please have questions ready for the meeting.

 

The Proposed Zoning Change: 

From GR-NP - Commercial district is intended for office and commercial uses serving neighborhood and community needs.  

 

To: GR-DB90 - NP Community Commercial district is intended for office and commercial uses serving neighborhood and community needs.

 

Density Bonus 90: combining district, in exchange for providing affordable housing units and in combination with commercial base zoning districts.
