Notice of a Public Hearing to Amend a Neighborhood Plan
Amendment Request: To change the future land use designation for the specified property within the Oak Hill Combined Neighborhood Plan from Neighborhood Mixed Use.
Neighborhood Mixed Use – An area that is appropriate for a mix of neighborhood commercial (small-scale retail or offices, professional services, convenience retail, and shopfront retail that serve a market at a neighborhood scale) and small to medium-density residential uses.
Mixed Use – An area that is appropriate for a mix of residential and non-residential uses.
This will be heard by City Council on July 18, 2024 beginning at 2:00. Please keep your comments respectful, we don’t want it to reflect badly on Westcreek Neighborhood.
