We Need You to Attend this Virtual Neighborhood Meeting, April 25th at 6:00

We need YOU to attend this Virtual Community meeting on April 25 at 6:00 on the former Bank of America/Westcreek Mixed Use!

Westcreek Board is gravely concerned about the impact this will have on the safety of the children in our neighborhood and Patton Elementary, Lonestar Soccer, Small Middle School and Ashford Montessori.

This will be our only chance to give our input to the City of Austin and the developer. 

What will this mean for us? 

The developer is requesting a change from Neighborhood Mixed Use to Mixed Use.

This will mean more density and a change from 60 feet to 90 feet in height.

This will be your chance to ask questions and let them know your concerns.
