Judging for the “the best patriotic theme” will take place between 8:30 - 9:00 before we start the parade.
Show your colors and your favorite American symbols on your bike, tricycle, wagon, pets and yourself.
Come join us for the Annual Westcreek 4th of July Parade! Let’s show off our patriotic spirit with a march through SW Austin’s best neighborhood! Get creative by decorating with your favorite American symbols and colors on your bikes, strollers, wagons, pets, and yourself. Refreshments will be provided at the start/finish line, so come early and mingle with your neighbors and friends. Let’s celebrate Independence Day the Westcreek way! We will be awarding 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the best decorated bike, tricycle, wagon, etc. and best decked out personal wear.
When:
· Thursday, July 4
o 8:30 am – Assemble and enjoy refreshments
o 9:00 am – Parade begins
o 9:30 am – Parade ends / refreshments at the finish
Where:
· Start and end at corner of Fair Valley Trail and Targa Court
· From: Fair Valley turn right on Badger Bend
· Badger Bend turn right on Smith Oak
· Smith Oak turn left on Summerset
· Summerset turns right on Fair Valley Trail
